I’m licensed as an Attorney in Pennsylvania.

Prior to entering private practice I worked in public accounting and in the tax departments of multinational corporations.

I earned my BA With Honors from St. John's University and my Juris Doctor and L.L.M. in Tax from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

I restrict my boutique practice to three areas: estate planning, business incorporation and tax planning. These areas were chosen to provide the focus you deserve. The complexity of tax and legal issues in the modern world requires specific knowledge thus clients benefit from a professional with deep knowledge in a very specific area.
