I’m licensed as an Attorney in Pennsylvania.
Prior to entering private practice I worked in the tax department of a national public accounting firm and in the tax departments of multinational corporations.
I earned my Bachelors With Honors from St John’s University and a Juris Doctor and LLM in Tax from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
I restrict my boutique practice to three areas: tax preparation and planning, estate planning, and business formation. These areas were chosen to provide the focus you deserve. The complexity of tax and legal issues in the modern world require specific knowledge thus clients benefit from a professional with deep knowledge in a very specific area.
